Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AEXN website and your purchase of digital products (plugins, effects, transitions, titles, and generators for Apple Final Cut Pro and Motion) offered on it. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

All products sold on AEXN are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Product compatibility requirements (host application and version) are listed on each product page.

2. Accounts

Purchases require an account created via Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. Your licenses and downloads are tied to it.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

4. Licenses

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license as described in the End User License Agreement. You may activate a product on up to 3 of your own devices. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of license keys is prohibited and may result in license revocation.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All products, product names, and site content are the intellectual property of AEXN. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of any product.

7. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEXN is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
