End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AEXN covering your use of AEXN plugins, effects, transitions, titles, and generators for Apple Final Cut Pro and Motion (the "Software").

1. License grant

Upon purchase, AEXN grants you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to 3 devices that you own or control, for both personal and commercial video projects.

2. What you may do

• Use the Software in any number of your own projects, including commercial work for clients.
• Render and distribute video output created with the Software without restriction or attribution.
• Install updates of the Software made available for your license.

3. What you may not do

• Share, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer the Software or your license key to anyone else.
• Redistribute the Software or its components, including as part of another product or template pack.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software except where permitted by law.
• Circumvent license verification or device activation limits.

4. Activations

The Software verifies your license key online and registers the devices it runs on, up to the device limit of your license. Contact support to release activation slots (e.g. after replacing a computer).

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. AEXN retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA, including by sharing license keys or redistributing the Software. Upon termination the license key is revoked and you must stop using and delete the Software. A refund of the purchase reverses the license grant.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AEXN's total liability under this EULA is limited to the purchase price of the Software. See the Terms of Service for details.
