This Privacy Policy explains what data AEXN collects, why, and how it is used when you use this website and purchase our products.

1. Data we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and profile picture, received from Google or Apple when you sign in.
• Order data — products purchased, order totals, and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• License data — license keys and device activations (an anonymous machine identifier and optional device name) used to enforce the per-license device limit.

2. How we use it

• To deliver purchased products and license keys.
• To verify licenses when a plugin activates on your device.
• To provide customer support and process refunds.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, license keys).

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

3. Third parties

We share data only with service providers required to run the store: Stripe (payments), Google / Apple (sign-in), and our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Neon). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Retention

Order and license records are kept for as long as your account exists, as they are required to provide you continued access to purchased products, and thereafter as required by law (e.g. accounting rules).

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting us. Note that we may need to retain minimal purchase records where required by law.
