Refund Policy

AEXN sells digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned". This policy explains when we do and do not issue refunds.

When we refund

  • The product does not work as described in a supported host application, and our support team could not resolve the problem within a reasonable time.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You purchased the same product twice by mistake (the duplicate is refunded).

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@aexn.com from the address associated with your account, describing the issue. Please give support a chance to help first — most installation and compatibility issues are fixable.

When we do not refund

  • You changed your mind after downloading the product.
  • The product is incompatible with software or hardware not listed as supported on the product page.
  • The license was revoked for violating the EULA.

EU / UK consumers

By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted by consumer protection law for digital content supplied immediately. This does not affect the refund rights described above or your statutory rights regarding defective products.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. The associated license is revoked when a refund is issued.
